My apologies for the delay in updating the blog.  Due to the time zone difference between Mongolia and New York (currently 11 hours) I have frequently been up as the week's email comes in.  This can spark a quick Q&A (which is great!) but can make it a little difficult to implement the spontaneous info into the blog posting.  And then, once you fall behind.....
